The year passed quickly and during its last days we listen to Jingle Bells in our office, we receive and send numerous presents, as meanwhile we are also taking stock of the last 12 months. It seems that 2017 surpassed our expectations and it turned to be a Super year, shared with you &#8211; our Super customers!<\/p>\n<h3 class=\"h3greendashedborder01\">So we prepared a checklist to see what we\u2019ve achieved and make you a part of our pre-Christmas excitement.<\/h3>\n<ul class=\"listgok\">\n<li>Since everyone needs a backup plan we improved even more our <strong><a title=\"The New Backup Manager is Now Available in Your cPanel\" href=\"https:\/\/blog.superhosting.bg\/en\/the-new-backup-manager-is-now-available-in-your-cpanel.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Bac\u043aup Manager<\/a><\/strong> which enables you to download a full website copy or backup of separate directories and databases.<\/li>\n<li>One of our most popular tools is WordPress Manager as it allows you to manage your WP website quickly and easily. We added new features to the <strong>WordPress Manager<\/strong> at the <a title=\"New Enhancements in WordPress Manager\" href=\"https:\/\/blog.superhosting.bg\/en\/new-enhancements-in-wordpress-manager.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">beginning of this year<\/a> and by mid-year it also acquired <a title=\"WordPress Manager is Now Checking for HTTP Resources on Your HTTPS Website\" href=\"https:\/\/blog.superhosting.bg\/en\/wordpress-manager-http-check.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">additional Super powers<\/a>.<\/li>\n<li>To stay tuned with the latest trends we released the <a title=\"SuperHosting Speed-Up: a Recipe for a Faster Website with a Pinch of Redis\" href=\"https:\/\/blog.superhosting.bg\/en\/superhosting-speed-up-and-redis.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">SuperHosting Speed-Up<\/a> section in cPanel where you can access tools for speeding up your website.&nbsp;<strong>One of them is very special<\/strong> and it was developed in 2017.&nbsp;<a title=\"NEW: SuperFast Website with our Accelerator SuperCache Manager!\" href=\"https:\/\/blog.superhosting.bg\/en\/supercache-manager.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">SuperCache<\/a>&nbsp;is a tool which makes your websites Super fast! Many websites already took advantage of it and are now faster as SuperCache has optimized their CPU usage and made many users happy.<\/li>\n<li>Almost two years have passed since we implemented an entirely <strong>new hosting platform<\/strong> for offering our services. Currently more than 60% of our customers\u2019 websites <a title=\"60% of all Customer Websites are Already Using Our New Hosting Platform\" href=\"https:\/\/blog.superhosting.bg\/en\/60-of-all-customer-websites-are-already-using-our-new-hosting-platform.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">have been migrated to it<\/a>.<\/li>\n<li>We also improved our <a title=\"New Improvements in Extended System Parameters as of April 1st\" href=\"https:\/\/blog.superhosting.bg\/en\/improvements-in-extended-system-parameters.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">extended system parameters<\/a>. We migrated to an entirely new enhanced system for calculating the CPU time spent by hosting accounts.<\/li>\n<li>We took over <strong><a title=\"SuperHosting.BG takes over Host Bulgaria\u2019s customers\" href=\"https:\/\/blog.superhosting.bg\/en\/superhosting-bg-takes-over-host-bulgarias-customers.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Host Bulgaria\u2019s<\/a><\/strong> customers. The company entrusted us to take care of their customers and we took responsibility to improve our services for them. Our biggest step for this year finally came true! We gradually migrated all Host Bulgaria\u2019s websites to the new hosting platform that meets user requirements by making websites faster and more secure.<\/li>\n<li>We told you more about the <strong><a title=\"What is an Intelligent SPAM Protection?\" href=\"https:\/\/blog.superhosting.bg\/en\/intelligent-spam-protection.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">intelligent SPAM filter<\/a> <\/strong>we developed as it protects you from the long lists of useless messages filling your email inbox. If you still have not tried it, put it in your \u201cto do\u201d list! You won\u2019t regret.:)<\/li>\n<li>2017 had one important change. The actual <a title=\"Actual HTTP\/2: A faster website and more\" href=\"https:\/\/blog.superhosting.bg\/your-website-supports-http2.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>HTTP\/2<\/strong> implementation<\/a> which all our customers are already benefitting from.<\/li>\n<li>The <strong>.<a title=\"The .\u0431\u0433 Domain Registration Has Started!\" href=\"https:\/\/blog.superhosting.bg\/en\/the-%d0%b1%d0%b3-domain-registration-has-started.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">\u0431\u0433 Cyrillic domain<\/a><\/strong> registration started!<\/li>\n<li>We made another important step to a more secure web with the<a title=\"Google Takes the Next Step Towards a More Secure (HTTPS) Web, SuperHosting.BG Also Moves on With AutoSSL\" href=\"https:\/\/blog.superhosting.bg\/en\/next-step-to-make-the-web-more-secure-and-autossl.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong> AutoSSL<\/strong><\/a> certificate and our customers already took advantage of it.<\/li>\n<li>We shared a very interesting <strong><a title=\"The Hidden Side of Accelerating Technologies \u2013 WordPress and the Lifehack.bg Issue\" href=\"https:\/\/blog.superhosting.bg\/en\/when-speed-up-technology-is-not-enough.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">case study<\/a><\/strong> related to a popular Bulgarian website. This story became one of the most popular articles in our blog which made us promise that we will write more such stories. Next year we will post more articles like this.<\/li>\n<li><strong><a title=\"What does the Number 12 Stand for?\" href=\"https:\/\/blog.superhosting.bg\/en\/what-means-12.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">We celebrated our 12th anniversary<\/a><\/strong>!&nbsp;We have always said that our customers drive us to go forward all these years. Your feedback is an inseparable part from our work. That&#8217;s why we decided to measure your evaluation for our services. From the 1 to 5 scale, the average grade we got from you for Q4 in 2017 was <strong>4.92<\/strong>. Thank you very much and we promise to keep walking in the right direction!<\/li>\n<li>We kept enhancing our <strong>Shopiko<\/strong> e-commerce platform as well. There are 21 improvements only for 2017 as they include new themes, menus, payment methods and marketing tools such as Retargeting.<\/li>\n<li>Our office is now a more lively and funny place!&nbsp;<strong>We welcomed our colleagues from <a title=\"The Acquisition of Host.BG \u2013 the Whole Story\" href=\"https:\/\/blog.superhosting.bg\/en\/host-bg.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Host.BG<\/a><\/strong> and we are already working and having fun as one team!<\/li>\n<li>We added a few more hundred rules in our <strong><a title=\"Security System \u2013 past and present\" href=\"https:\/\/blog.superhosting.bg\/en\/security-system-then-and-now.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Security system<\/a> <\/strong>which never goes on a vacation even in the most hectic days as it protects your websites and mailboxes from malicious access.&nbsp;For the last year we tripled our security regulations. Our <strong><a title=\"DDoS Attacks \u2013 One Year Later\" href=\"https:\/\/blog.superhosting.bg\/en\/ddos-attacks-one-year-later.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">DDos defense system<\/a><\/strong> has been preventing DDos attacks for two years now.<\/li>\n<li><strong>We managed to personally meet many of you and we established lots of new friendships.<\/strong> How? We took part in more than 1000 events where we met more than 20.000 people and gave away more than 14.000 awards.<\/li>\n<li>The number of our blog\u2019s articles this year turned <strong>500<\/strong> and in our help page there are already <strong>700<\/strong> of them.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3 class=\"h3greendashedborder01\">What have we achieved for our office and for ourselves?<\/h3>\n<ul class=\"listystars\">\n<li>Our office sport league includes:\n<ul class=\"listgblue\">\n<li>football;<\/li>\n<li>volleyball;<\/li>\n<li>ice skating;<\/li>\n<li>fitness;<\/li>\n<li>all types of dancing;<\/li>\n<li>ice-skating in front of the office building;<\/li>\n<li>running on the stairs while holding a cup of coffee;<\/li>\n<li>shaping our abs by giggling like crazy;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Meanwhile for 2017 we have eaten 1.920 kg. of fresh fruits and 380 kg. of nuts.<\/li>\n<li>We never stop learning so we founded an office SuperLibrary and took part in dozens of trainings.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3 class=\"h3greendashedborder01\">We wish that next year we will manage to do everything we have not completed in 2017.<\/h3>\n<p>We have already started writing the \u201cto do\u201d list for 2018:<\/p>\n<p>1. To make our customers happier and more satisfied;<br \/>\n2. To improve our hosting service even more;<br \/>\n3. To develop more tools that make your lives easier;<br \/>\n4. To find an occasion and meet all of you;<br \/>\n5.
